1. Pattern Pack does not manufacture, reload, assemble or in any other manner make ammunition. Pattern Pack is an intermediate seller and custom re-packer of ammunition made by others and does not alter, enhance, modify, or in anyway change the ammunition it sells. Pattern Pack is a dealer in ammunition as defined in 15 U.S. Code § 7903(6)(C) and is therefore protected from liability claims to the full extent of 15 U.S. Code § 7901-3 and any state corollaries. Virginia law and jurisdiction apply to any suit or case brought hereunder.
2.  All ammunition sold by Pattern Pack is stored pursuant to manufacturer specifications and is repackaged to customer directions prior to shipment. Pattern Pack includes with each package of ammunition the manufacturers information, copies of any written warranties or disclaimers given by the manufacturer on the original packaging, and the appropriate lot numbers as provided by the manufacturer.
3.  ALL ammunition sold by Pattern Pack is sold ‘AS IS, WHERE IS’ and only with the warranty, if any, provided by the original manufacturer.

All other warranties, express or implied, either in fact or by operation of law, by statute or otherwise, are hereby specifically disclaimed, whether written or oral, or express or implied, including any warranty of quality, merchantability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular use or purpose.
